Develop Your Relationship with Jesus Christ through the Book of Mormon

In this tour we explain that the fullness of Christ’s gospel was restored in 1830. Anciently, when the Savior came down to Earth and established His Church, He gave the authority to teach and baptize to His 12 apostles, including Peter (Matthew 16:15-19). When Jesus died for us, His apostles still had that authority, but not long after the Saviors’ ascension to heaven, His apostles were also killed. We learn about that authority and how Christ’s Church was restored to the Earth again. His gospel and its fundamental truths were restored through the teachings of The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ, which follows a group of people in the Ancient Americas. The Book of Mormon works hand in hand with the Bible to testify of the Prince of Peace. This tour helps explain the background and purpose of the Book of Mormon and how its teachings helped restore the Church of Jesus Christ to the Earth.
