Temple Hill Choir’s 25th Annual Christmas Concert – 8:00 P.M.
Join the Temple Hill Choir for their 25th Annual Christmas Concert in the beautiful Temple Hill Visitors’ Center. There will be two performances at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM to accommodate attendees.
With some of the best talent in the 25 years of Temple Hill Choir, director, Alan Chipman, anticipates an amazing concert. Alan says, “There is no better place to hear music, than standing right in front of this inspiring choir. What a blessing.” He continues, “Music brings us alive and connects us with heaven.” What better inspiration does a choir need than to hear the praises of its director?
Originating from decades of performing together in the Oakland Temple Pageant — And It Came to Pass, members of that choir continued their strong association with one another as the Temple Hill Choir under the leadership of Alan Chipman and Jennifer Brown. Now, a couple of decades later, the choir has a rich history under its belt. They perform concerts on Temple Hill and around the Bay Area, and have been known for taking an occasional tour deep into the Pacific Northwest.
Some of the evening’s highlights will include:
What Shall We Give? Catalonian Carol arranged by Dr. Mack Wilberg
The Work of Christmas by Dan Forrest
Tree of Light by Alan Chipman
This event is open to the public and free of charge. No tickets required.
