One Accord Youth Choir, with Esther Hulme and Ysenia Martinez

Come enjoy the voices of the One Accord Youth Singers, and featured soloists Esther Hulme and Ysenia Martinez on Sunday, December 17th in the Temple Hill Chapel at 5 PM.

Other Participants: Jared Hulme, Joseph Hulme, Elle Maughan, Annabelle Hulme, and Adam Hulme, and accompanist Rebecca Lloyd.

One Accord Youth Singers is in its premier season and is made up of high school aged teenagers from the Tri Valley area.  We hope in subsequent seasons to expand to the greater East Bay region.  Our mission is to build connection and testimony through singing uplifting, fun, and testimony building music. The group is made up of Andrew Buskirk, Brenden Perona, Sara Willey, Naomi Tangataevana, Eliza Lloyd, Joanne Nelson, Elle Maughan,  Katherine Nelson, and Kate Ellsworth. Piano accompanists are Jared Hulme and Joseph Hulme. Cello accompanist is Joseph Hulme, and Violin accompanist is Elle Maughan. The group is directed by Esther Hulme.

Esther Hulme has been studying classical singing for over a decade. She has sung with various groups across the Bay Area and is currently singing with Sacred and Profane as a choir member and soloist. When the world shut down in 2020 it presented a unique opportunity for her family to turn together and work on a lot of music projects together, some of which will be shared at this concert. Esther will be joined by Anabelle and Adam Hulme and accompanied by Rebecca Lloyd.

Ysenia Martinez has been singing her whole life and has been performing all over the Bay Area for 3 years. You may have seen her last year in Temple Hill’s Magic of Christmas Concert. She is the 4th of 5 children and attends the esteemed, Oakland School of the Arts. She’s a joyful, sweet person who lives to share her talents with everyone.
